Rates and minimum stays for our luxury, self-catering accommodation vary with the seasons and the number of guests – and we often have special offers and last-minute gaps to fill – so click on the “Booking” button to calculate the cost of your stay.  If you want to add Bedroom Three to an apartment booking, please contact us for a reduced rate.

Taxe de sejour “tourist tax” applies to all bookings and will be calculated once you have booked (1.32€ per person per night for the apartments and between 1€-3€ per person per night for the bedroom).

A damage deposit of 150€ for the apartments and 50€ for the bedroom is pre-authorised against your card prior to arrival.

To make the booking you will need to pay online by card.

To secure your booking you need to pay a 25% deposit, with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Until the balance payment is made the booking can be cancelled and you will be refunded in full. After the balance is paid the booking is no longer refundable but can either be postponed to a new date (subject to availability) or the amount credited as a voucher code for use against a future booking.

We supply sheets, bedding, towels and a comprehensive welcome pack, the details of which will be provided once you’ve booked.
The cleaning is included in the price, we simply ask that you take your rubbish and leave the accommodation tidy on departure.
There are no extra charges for utilities or wifi.

We operate entirely self check-in (4pm onwards) and self check-out (up to 11am). We will send a digital registration form and once completed, we will provide access instructions.

We have implemented the following measures to reduce the risk of COVID19:
* No contact – although we live here you don’t need to interact with us at all. The accommodation is all self contained and we operate self check in and out. If you want to say hello or you need our help then please let us know, we will keep our distance and wear a mask if we need to come into your accommodation. In addition, we are both fully vaccinated.
* We ask that the games room is used by one set of guests at a time – this space is also permanently ventilated.
* There is hand santiser provided just inside the main entrance door.
* Everything is washed and cleaned according to government recommendations and the apartments well ventilated between guests.

As well as this, you have the peace of mind that if your plans are disrupted then we will work with you to rearrange your trip
